About Me

Hello to everyone exploring and reading my blog. My name is Theresa Marie and my birthday is on December 11th. I'm originally from New York... no, not NYC... I was born and raised on Long Island but with A LOT of time spent in Manhattan. My family has been in America since the early 1920's. My great-grandfather came here and was immediately drafted to WWI. My grandfather joined the Army before WWII and fought in that as his dad fought in the previous world war. His brother also served along with him. My mom was also in the Army and was sent to Honduras during the 1980's. She then went on to become a NYPD detective and worked all over NYC leaving with 500 career arrests! As you can tell, I have a great line of military and the service in my family but I do not aspire to work in either fields.I'm a dual enrolled student at a high school set on a college campus. I aspire to become a neonatal or labor and delivery nurse after school. But my boyfriend, soon-to-be fiance, is in the Navy and he makes me very, very proud and honored to call him my sailor. I'm bubbly, outgoing, caring, compassionate, forgiving, emphatic and quite funny. At first I may seem a bit shy and reserved but I promise that I am the most talkative girl there is.
